About Strøget to Nyhavn
Strøget, one of Europe’s longest pedestrian streets, runs 1.1 km from City Hall Square to Kongens Nytorv; the name, from the 1800s, covers Frederiksberggade, Nygade, Vimmelskaftet and Østergade and the squares of Gammeltorv, Nytorv and Amagertorv (VisitCopenhagen).
