West of the Central Station, Vesterbro is the old working district turned lively; Kødbyen, the Meatpacking District, keeps its white-tiled halls for restaurants and bars. Beyond it, Frederiksberg is a city within the city, with Frederiksberg Gardens, the Zoo and Cisternerne.
