About Noma

Noma reopened in Copenhagen in August 2026 after a 16-week residency in Los Angeles (11 March–26 June 2026). Its own site describes a new rhythm of “twelve seasons of Noma”, one for each month, with Mette Brink Søberg as Head of R&D, Pablo Soto as Executive Head Chef and Annika de Las Heras as CEO. It is not in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide, which was published before it reopened. Reservations open on its own website.

Why it's on our list

  • Reopened Aug 2026
