Cisternerne
An old water reservoir
About Cisternerne
Cisternerne, in Søndermarken opposite the Zoo, is an underground art space in a former water reservoir; each year an internationally renowned artist or architect creates an exhibition for it. The current show is Marina Abramović’s Seven Deaths. Open Tuesday to Sunday, to 20:00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, closed Mondays (frederiksbergmuseerne.dk).
